Tambri's passion for capturing natural moments provides a fresh photojournalistic feel to her work. She expresses a special interest in advocacy photography,

 

"My passion is in photography that tells a story, increasing awareness for the plight of humanity, its joys and struggles".

 

Tambri relocated to India with her family in July 2013 and is looking forward to capturing the diversity in this amazing country while also recording the stories of its people.

Portrait of a Nation: Timor-Leste.  During the 25 years under Indonesian occupation, Timor-Leste lost one quarter of it's population. Today the young nation struggles amist poverty and scarce human capital, but with peace, they have hope.
